Help with fundraising activities such as the Fall Foliage Walk, help maintain that ABC house, or serve on the board of directors.
Volunteer opportunities include: arts and crafts, horticulture, digital photography, teen peer mentors, musicians, technology tutors, and Special Olympics and unified partners.
Responsible for long-range and strategic planning, resource development, financial insight, policy development, maintaining legal affairs, and board development. Participation in at least two-thirds of the monthly Board meetings and special events. Committees include: Executive, Nominating, Board development, Fundraising and Publicity.
The Fundraising Committee is composed of LBFE staff, board members and community volunteers. Regular quarterly meetings are held in April, July, October and January.
