Help low-income individuals and families prepare their income taxes for free.
Our Volunteer/Tutor services will connect students one-on-one, and in small groups to accelerate learning in English, Math, Reading, Writing, HiSET, and Citizenship Test Preparation.
We are always looking for volunteers to help with carpentry, mechanics, painting, electrical, landscaping, etc.
Help us provide a great experience by assisting as a ticket agent or docent.
Help with finance, marketing, communication/media, special event planning, etc.
Volunteers help individuals secure the food they need through assisting at one of our Dining Sites, Food Pantries, or with our Meals On Wheels program.
Volunteers contribute to healthy aging initiatives, resource development, administrative support and other areas of impact.
While we have some great volunteers, the Berkshire Food Project still has various jobs for volunteers to fill. Among the most needed are for dishwashers, food preparers, and cleaners. Give one or two hours a week or more if you wish. The BFP operates from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
