The Information Desk is the first point of contact for patients coming to Dana-Farber. The staff and volunteers, therefore, set the tone for all patient visits. Patients may need assistance with their appointments for the day, directions to their clinic, and other areas. You’ll make sure this process is as seamless for patients as possible.
