Serving individuals of all ages, cultures, and artistic abilities across the MetroWest region, the HCA develops artistic skills, offers outstanding performances and art exhibitions, and enables visitors to experience art in all forms. Under one roof, we celebrate art through classes and events in visual art, theater, music, dance, ceramics, writing, and film.

SYBA is a youth development program that primarily utilizes volunteers to provide free programs including basketball leagues, tutoring services, and community outreach projects that educate participants on the importance of camaraderie, responsibility, teamwork, sacrifice, and respect for self and others.

Our mission is to help seniors stay in their homes and active in their community as long as possible. We accomplish this through meaningful volunteering.

Neighbor Brigade establishes community-specific networks of volunteers that can be mobilized to help residents facing sudden crisis manage day-to-day tasks such as meal preparation, rides, and basic household chores. Using web-based coordination tools, we manage recipient requests and the recruitment of volunteers to fulfill those requests sensitively, quickly and free of charge.

Island Grown Initiative’s (IGI) mission is to build a regenerative and equitable food system on Martha’s Vineyard (MV) that engages, informs, and integrates the community.

The mission of the Chatham Historical Society is to inform and educate present and future generations about the history and culture of Chatham and vicinity by collecting and preserving records of earlier generations and by exhibiting and interpreting art, artifacts, archives and places of historical interest.
