Conduct 10-15 minute interviews with clients by phone. Review résumé and ask questions based on the individual’s experience, education, target job, and target industry. Identify strengths, weaknesses, challenges and success stories. Encourage participants to ask questions. Talk through next steps of setting up an in-person interview (for practice only). We will provide a guideline which includes specific questions to ask. After the interview, write your comments on feedback form, identify interview strengths and areas for improvement.
