Sociedad Latina recruits mentors to match with individuals and small groups in our Pathways to Success programs, namely STEAM Team for middle school youth, Escalera for high school youth, and Academy for Latinos Achieving Success for college youth. The time commitment ranges from once a month to twice a week based on mentor availability and youth needs/interests.
