SOWMA Mentors are caring adults who spend time helping a high school or college student navigate post-secondary plans and transitions, academics, and career goals. Our mentors help students build self-sufficiency and strengthen their commitment to pursue education and career goals; assist with job shadowing, internships, and job networking; and help a student identify available resources within their community. Mentors should be 25 years old, hold a college degree and be currently employed or recently retired.
