Meet with one participant for one hour to review commonly asked interview questions and help to prepare and practice answers, according to the Career Collaborative model and guidelines. Write out answers which participant can use as a guideline to practice on their own in the future. Identify participant’s skills, strengths and relevant experience, as well as weaknesses or areas for improvement. Sample questions will be provided, along with training about how Career Collaborative coaches participants to answer interview questions. Prior experience as a hiring manager, human resources professional, recruitment specialist, talent acquisition specialist, or interviewer helpful.
