Ride to Defeat ALS is a community fundraising event that creates hope and action needed to conquer Lou Gehrig’s Disease. We offer four cycling routes- 75 miles, 50 miles, 25 miles, and a 10 mile family ride- followed by a lunch and celebration at The Longfellow Club in Wayland, MA.

We are seeking volunteers to man Kev’s Gear, Silent Auction, Raffle, and Food tables. Most volunteer opportunities are in 2-hour increments.

Miles for Migraine will host its fourth annual 2-mile Walk (or Intentional Movement of your choice), 5K Run and Relax Boston Event on Saturday, July 24th at Mystic River Reservation in Medford. For those who are not comfortable with in-person events, we will also offer a virtual option.

Grab your friends, families, and co-workers and come take part in cleaning up the beach!

Assist with in-water surf instruction.

From checking in, merchandise sales, order pick-ups in the village, encouraging Princesses along the course, explaining the obstacles, and cheering our ladies as they conquer the mud pits.

Volunteers are matched with service members, veterans, and family members to provide support and encouragement through private, weekly, check-ins geared toward helping to identify strengths, access resources, and improve resiliency.

Volunteers are needed in many capacities such as setting up for the event, moving boxes, greeting walkers, working at a water station, organizing and handing out T-shirts, and various other activities.
