Our mission

To empower and assist under served young people from the Boston area with the essential social, vocational, academic, and life skills necessary to navigate a positive pathway to self-sufficiency and neighborhood responsibility.

Volunteer

YouthBuild Boston’s community service and corporate engagement initiative, bringing together YBB, a UBuild project sponsor, and a community partner for a one-day service event to engage volunteers to make an immediate positive impact in Boston’s neighborhoods. It allows employees of socially responsible corporations and small businesses to partner with YouthBuild Boston to make a difference in Boston’s underserved communities.

About us

YouthBuild Boston (YBB) uses a unique, hands-on approach to teach building trades with its innovative programs. Students are readily prepared for the workforce upon graduation, not only with career skills acquired in a building trade, but also with the confidence, discipline and aspiration necessary to lead successful lives. YBB helps youth to become adults who are able to think creatively and critically in order to serve their community.
