How you help We are different from other breast cancer organizations. We believe that to eradicate breast cancer we must prevent it. While also important, this does not refer to early detection in the form of self-breast exams and mammography. We are trying to find the causes of breast cancer, so that we can stop it before it starts.
About us At MBCC, we believe that prevention should be a primary focus in order to eradicate the disease. Unfortunately, the cancer industry emphasizes early detection, treatment, and finding a cure — at the expense of prevention. We aim to fill this gap and create the changes necessary so that future generations will not be forced to endure the emotional trauma of a breast cancer diagnosis and the subsequent painful treatment regimens.
