Our mission	Tailored For Success, Inc. is a not for profit that empowers jobseekers to become economically self-sufficient by providing resources, skills training and supportive reinforcement.

Opportunities	Individual Volunteer If you are looking to give back to your community or mentor someone attempting to become self-sufficient, then TFS has a variety of ways you can help; such as: personal shoppers for clients, inventory management, and workshop facilitation. Occasional, Weekly, Monthly 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Corporate/Group Volunteers If you are looking to develop leadership skills in your employees, we have a number of skill based volunteer opportunities in team building, project management and business communications. Some examples include: organizing clothing drives, fundraising events, inventory management, and mentoring. One-time, Occasional 55+, Adults Groups (2-10), Corporate Teams Indoor On-site Weekdays

How you help	Volunteers are needed in a variety of service areas, time commitments (i.e., one day or one project) and can be done individually or in a group setting.

About us	TFS fulfills our mission with a full array of employment readiness services and webinars on building soft skills. We also prepare job seekers for interviews by teaching interview preparation strategies including how to conduct company research, how to answer common interview questions and we also distribute free professional apparel to job seekers of all genders.
