To create and deliver innovative and responsive community health programs which provide effective and compassionate care.
Opportunities

Volunteer

Many volunteers work in private homes, nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout eastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and York County, Maine as well as at High Pointe House in Haverhill, MA. Others donate their time and talent helping in the administrative offices, on special projects or assist at fundraising events.

Merrimack Valley Hospice offers many meaningful volunteer opportunities. Volunteers come from all walks of life, with varied experiences and skills.
About us

Today, Home Health Foundation is comprised of both hospice and home health providers, delivering care to people of all ages in their homes, in facilities, and with a wide variety of diagnoses and needs. Our care teams travel to homes in southern Maine, southern and eastern New Hampshire and eastern Massachusetts. Home Health Foundation became a proud member of Wellforce in 2018 and is partnering with our hospital and physician providers on new and innovative programs as healthcare continues to change and care in the home becomes ever more important.
