Coach a team

This is a volunteer position that works with a team of coaches to facilitate the Girls on the Run curriculum to program participants. This position entails approximately four hours per week for a 8-week commitment. Required national coach training will take place ONLINE through the GOTR Learning Academy. You will receive your online training assignment via email upon receiving your coach assignment. Additionally, you will be required to attend an information session via Zoom conducted by GOTR Greater Boston staff.

About usAt Girls on the Run, we inspire ALL girls to build confidence and make intentional decisions, while fostering care and compassion for self and others. Trained coaches use physical activity and dynamic discussions to build social, emotional, and physical skills in every girl while encouraging healthy habits for life. Girls on the Run is the only national physical activity-based positive youth development program for girls with compelling evidence of program impact.
