| Ways to help | Skills-Based VolunteeringTo increase our capacity to meet growing challenges, Ellis seeks a variety of skills and expertise that may not be currently available internally. We welcome those with professional expertise in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Web Design, Database Management and other fields.Early Education CenterVolunteers help out in our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms.School-Age ProgramVolunteers help out in our School-Age program by participating in activities and providing homework assistance. |

| How you help | Volunteering in the classroom is very interactive with the children – volunteers often read with the children, help with arts & crafts activities, supervise children at the playground, and participate in classroom activities. In addition, in our School-Age Program, volunteers will come in and help provide homework assistance as well as participate in activities with our school-age children. We also have opportunities for skilled-based volunteering. To increase our capacity to meet growing challenges, Ellis seeks a variety of skills and expertise that may not be currently available internally. We welcome those with professional expertise in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Web Design, Database Management and other fields. |

In our Early Education Center, we have children ages 2 months to 5 years, and they are split up into infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. In our School-Age program we have children ages 5 years to 13 years. |
