GreetersReduce anxiety and improve the patient experience. Assist with transport by wheelchairs, escort patients and visitors, and answer questions at a Check In Desk. There are three possible locations where volunteers make a difference every day.Gift Shop VolunteerHelp with daily operations of the beautiful hospital Gift Shop. Greet and assist customers, stock gift items and use cash register. The Gift Shop is a project of the Friends of Cooley Dickinson and supported by volunteers. Proceeds support significant hospital projects, such as the Childbirth Center renovations.Coffee Shop VolunteerBuild a connection with your community, one cup of coffee at a time. We need your warm smile and helping hands. Serve coffee, sandwiches and desserts to patients, visitors, and staff. Shifts available mornings or afternoons during the week. The Coffee Shop is a project of the Friends of Cooley Dickinson and supported by volunteers. Proceeds support significant hospital projects, such as the Childbirth Center renovations. 15+. |
