About us | In 1916, Community Nurse Home Care started with one woman who traveled by bicycle to neighbors’ homes to care for them when they needed it. Over 100 years later, Community Nurse Home Care (CNHC) has grown to a team of more than 250 nurses, therapists, home health aides, social workers, administrative staff as well as a large group of dedicated volunteers. CNHC is an independent, not-for-profit agency dedicated to providing a continuum of quality home care services to the communities of southeastern Massachusetts. Our licensed professional clinicians are highly skilled, compassionate caregivers who create and manage comprehensive recovery plans so that patients may remain in the comfort of their own home. |
