Community Health Center of Cape Cod is a one-stop destination for almost all of your healthcare needs. We are a complete medical home that offers primary care, behavioral health care, dental care, women’s health services, optometry, addiction recovery services, on-site affordable prescriptions, x-ray and ultrasound services, barrier assessments and assistance, Veterans care, and many other specialized programs. Our focus is on providing the very best health care, as well as providing programs and education that help improve the overall health status of everyone living in our region. CHC is a non-profit organization that cares for all patients, regardless of ability to pay or insurance status. If you don’t have insurance, our experts will help you enroll so you can have access to most convenient and affordable way to stay healthy. This Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
