Our mission | Athol-Orange Community TV (AOTV) has a mission to provide TV production training to the community, to create informational, responsible and diverse programming for the viewers. AOTV started programming 20 years ago. We currently only have two full time staff people, so most of the shows seen on Athol/Orange Channel 13 are done by volunteers. The Board of Directors are directly involved in all aspects of the organization including; fundraising, equipment, technology, facilities and promotions. We have a strong history of volunteers, but to move forward, we need to bring new people in to be part of AOTV.A new project that started has recently started is a non-commercial low-power radio station, WVAO-LP "The Voice of Athol-Orange." We will need many volunteers to be on-air personalities and work behind the scenes. |
