Three times a year we hold a weekend retreat at winterized camps throughout MA. We bring 30-40 siblings (15-20 sibling groups) together to enjoy a typical weekend of meals and fun. Volunteers are not responsible for sibling transportation, but are there to spend quality time with the kids and help set up activities, eat meals with the group, etc. In 2020 we have retreats scheduled for February 21-23 (Groton), and April 24-26 (Berkshires).

About us

Sibling Connections is the only organization in Massachusetts designed for the sole purpose of strengthening the sibling bond of children separated by foster care. While the sibling relationship is the longest and one of the most important relationships most people have in their lives, this is especially true for children who are removed from their families because of abuse or neglect. In many instances, a brother or sister might literally be the only constant relationship in a child’s life.
