For eight decades, we have provided a safe, healthy and nurturing environment during the summer for Boston-area youth to embark on a life-changing experience and take with them our values of responsibility, self-confidence, service to others and a commitment to learning. Our Programs Include: Summer camp: Traditional Overnight Camp, ages 8-12; Teen Advancement Program (TAP), ages 13-15; and Internship for Staff Training, Education and Placement (INSTEP) for 15-17 year olds seeking hands-on leadership skills development and potential future employment. Could be a good fit for a candidate with the following skills: Human Resources, Education, Marketing / Social Media, Accounting / Auditing, Real Estate / Facilities/, and Fundraising Our ideal candidate is passionate about Agassiz Village's mission to prepare youth for life’s journey by providing an enriching and educational summer camp opportunity that is transformative and impacts a child's entire future. He/she believes children are our future and are willing to invest their time and money to continue working to transformed the lives of at-risk children whose families could never have afforded to send them to camp.
