Activate local talent through place-based service and training to advance solutions that respond to community challenges and opportunities.

The American Connection Corps is a service fellowship program aimed at helping communities build the digital connectivity necessary to expand opportunity and economic mobility, ranging from healthcare access to quality employment.

We partner with local organizations in digitally disconnected places to:

• design fellowship projects that support community goals, like expanding broadband infrastructure or increasing digital skills and AI readiness;
• recruit local fellows, who already possess essential place-based connections and competencies required for success, such as training multilingual adults or conducting local outreach;
• and train them in new technical skills and knowledge—such as digital navigation, grant-writing, community engagement—which are not only necessary for the success of their projects, but also build critical talent pipelines for the community.
