BFP COVID -19 “New Normal”

Due to the public health crisis in the spring of 2020, the Berkshire Food Project switched to providing take out-meals in early March.  The dining room will remain closed indefinitely, until we are able to safely serve all who we feed in a dine in environment.  For the foreseeable future, we offer meals for take-out, with no questions asked, no forms to fill out nor any criteria to meet.  We continue to treat each person with respect and dignity, and look forward to a time when we can once again sit down and break bread with our neighbors.

Our current hours for meal distribution are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.  At this time, we provide two meals per person in the household.  One person can pick up meals for the entire household or for neighbors, friends, et cetera.
