Volunteers play a vital and active role in the CDCSB’s success. People in our community are our most important resource.

This mission is carried out in three general areas of work: (1) developing affordable housing; (2) creating new jobs by supporting the creation of new businesses and the expansion of existing local businesses; (3) supporting community development initiatives of other community-based nonprofit organizations.
